"Readers theater gone global"
A PREZI PRESENTATION BY CLARE WODJA
_In this lesson, two classes from different parts of the world will be in communication, discussing differences and similarities between themselves. Through The Global Classroom Project, the two participating teachers will connect and set up the lesson. Students will watch a video and read literature about children in different parts of world as well as discuss their thoughts about children from other countries and cultures. The two classes will Skype to ask questions and inform about the other's culture. Both classes will then create a Reader’s Theater production based on the information given to them from the other class, share a video of their production with the other class, and again Skype to discuss similarities and differences between the two cultures.

I am a UTA Speech Studies major in the department of Communication. I love children and want to become an elementary school teacher after college. My favorite food is shrimp and vanilla ice cream (never together) and my favorite hobby is quoting funny movies. On my free time, I also enjoy playing guitar and painting.
